AI + UX Rapid Diagnostic
-
I map your current user flows and identify where people get stuck, drop off, or rage-quit. Think of it as a health check for your product's nervous system.
-
I measure how much mental effort your product demands. High cognitive load = users bouncing. I flag the worst offenders and rank them by impact.
-
I check whether your AI features tell users what's happening, give them control, and avoid creating false confidence. Missing any of these is a lawsuit or a viral tweet waiting to happen.
-
I spot the barriers that lock out disabled users, neurodivergent thinkers, and people on low-bandwidth devices. Not just WCAG compliance — actual usability for real humans.
-
We walk through the findings together. You ask questions, I give you straight answers. You leave with clarity, not a homework assignment.
-
No fluff. Five pages: what's broken, why it matters, what to fix first, what to fix second, and what you can safely ignore. Designed to hand to your team and act on immediately.
Focused Product & Workflow Audit
-
I go layer by layer through your product — not just the interface, but the logic, the handoffs, the dead ends, and the workarounds your team has normalized.
-
I talk to the people who built it, the people who sell it, and the people who support it. Often the biggest insights come from the people closest to the pain.
-
I map where AI or automation could actually help your users — and where it would create more problems than it solves. Not everything should be automated. I tell you which is which.
-
A visual map of how your product actually works — front stage, back stage, and all the invisible handoffs. Essential for teams who keep discovering "oh, I didn't know that was broken."
-
Not a wish list. A ranked, time-bound plan of what to fix, in what order, with expected impact. Designed to survive a sprint planning meeting.
-
A tight, visual deck you can drop into a board meeting or leadership review. No jargon, no filler, just the story of what's wrong and what you're doing about it.
Fractional Advisory

I stay in your Slack or inbox as your strategic sounding board. New feature idea? Run it by me first. AI vendor pitch? I'll tell you if it's snake oil. You get senior judgment without the senior salary.
-
Send me designs, wireframes, or prototypes before they go to dev. I return annotated feedback within 48 hours — what's working, what's risky, and what to rethink.
-
When your team is arguing about priorities, I facilitate structured sessions that get everyone aligned on the user, the problem, and the path forward. No trust falls. Just clarity.
-
I review your release pipeline for accessibility barriers before they ship. Think of me as your inclusive design QA — catching what automated checkers miss.
-
Direct line to me. Not a ticketing system, not an account manager. When something is on fire, you text me and I respond. That's the deal.

About
I am a UX practitioner and strategist based in Philadelphia. I have spent years working at the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior — helping teams move from legacy thinking to user-centered product decisions.
I am neurodivergent (AuDHD), which means I see pattern, friction, and interconnection in systems that linear analysis often misses. That is not a liability. That is the diagnostic advantage.
I work best with teams that are honest about their constraints, ambitious about their product, and tired of paying for decks that do not change anything.
What I bring
UX strategy, accessibility expertise, full-stack awareness, pattern recognition, honest communication, and fast synthesis.
What I do not bring
AI engineering, enterprise procurement theater, 90-page reports, or the patience to pretend bad ideas are good.
How I work
Remote-first. Clear timelines. Direct feedback. No scope creep without a change order. I respect your time and mine.
